About Vorwerk / Executive Board

Executive Board

Since it is still in family ownership today, Vorwerk is able to focus on realising its long-term corporate goals as outlined in its corporate principles, without reference to any foreign stakeholders. At the helm of our corporate group is the three-member Executive Board of Vorwerk & Co. KG.

Former Managing Partner, Dr Jörg Mittelsten Scheid is now Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Dr Jörg Mittelsten Scheid is the great-grandson of company founder Carl Vorwerk. As Managing Partner of the Vorwerk Group he was at the helm from 1969 until the end of 2005.
