Careers / Going global // Globalisation
Back in 1938, Vorwerk established its first foreign subsidiary by setting up the Italian Kobold sales organisation, Vorwerk Folletto. But the trend towards globalisation in the true sense did not fully develop until the early 1990s. From Mexico to China, from Russia to the USA, today our direct sales companies span the globe. We now use a range of appropriate human resource tools to foster a culture of globalisation and the "global fitness" of each and every employee as part of our corporate culture.
Because going global is not enough.
