Jafra Passport Programme

Designed to identify and develop leaders, the Passport Programme is an 18-month course for Jafra’s High Potential employees. Programme participants embark on an 18-month management development programme and receive valuable and rigorous training in leadership development, intercultural management, self-awareness, personal and professional effectiveness, business simulation, presentation skills, e-coaching, and training in Sales, Finance, Marketing, IT, Operations, Lineage, Legal, and Consultant Services. Participants learn about Jafra’s Mission, Vision and Values and Vorwerk Leadership Responsibilities and Principles. The Passport Programme offers outstanding professionals an enriching and rewarding experience to help them fulfil both their personal and professional potential.
