Your first training session introduces you to product features, demonstration techniques, and cooking methods. This is also an opportunity to connect with other new Advisors in your team and build your support network.

Now it's time to put your training into practice. Shadow experienced Advisors to learn best practices, then host your first demonstration with full Branch Manager support.

Ongoing growth & support
Your development continues with monthly training sessions, team meetings, and access to our online community. Advanced training opportunities help you progress toward earning your TM7 while ongoing support ensures your success.

What does a Thermomix® Advisor actually do?
Advisors share the Thermomix® experience with others, usually through fun, interactive cooking demonstrations. It’s about showing people what’s possible, inspiring them, and supporting them on their cooking journey.
How do I earn money as an Advisor?
In addition to incentives, you’ll earn commission on every Thermomix® you sell or every person you recruit after you have earned your TM7. There are also regular bonuses, incentives, and rewards that add even more value to your role.
Is there a minimum number of demonstrations I need to do?
No strict minimums, it’s up to you how much time and energy you put in. You can keep it casual or grow it into something bigger, depending on your goals.
What kind of training and support will I receive?
You’ll get hands-on training, online resources, and plenty of support from your Team Leader and the wider Thermomix® community. You’ll never be on your own.
Can I try being an Advisor without a long-term commitment?
Yes! Many people start by simply giving it a go. If it’s not for you, there’s no obligation to continue but we know you'll enjoy your new-found community!
What are the costs to get started?
When you sign up there is a £350/€399 downpayment which is refunded to you once you have earned your TM7.
How flexible is the role - can I fit it around my current job or family life?
Absolutely. You decide when and how often you run cooking experiences, making it easy to balance with your lifestyle.
Are there opportunities to progress or take on leadership roles?
Yes! Many Advisors go on to become Team Leaders or Branch Managers, supporting others and growing their own teams.
What rewards or incentives are available besides commission?
From exclusive product offers to exciting travel experiences and recognition events, there are always fun incentives to look forward to.
Do I need prior sales or cooking experience?
Not at all. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to share your passion for food. We’ll provide all the training you need.

How much can I earn as an Advisor?
Once you have completed your Earning Programme, you’ll earn £1,000/€1,200 for every 4 sales you make in a calendar month!
