The Thermomix® TM6 includes a 2‑year statutory warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing or electrical faults that occur during normal domestic use. Please note that using non‑Vorwerk parts or having the appliance repaired by unauthorised service providers may void the warranty.
Yes. Bowls, blades, Varoma® components, Simmering Basket with Lid, butterfly whisk and other spare parts can be purchased individually online.

Yes. You can use your own recipes on the TM6 by cooking manually — simply set the time, temperature and speed yourself. You can also save your own recipes and notes in Cookidoo® if you prefer to keep everything organised in one place.
Every TM6 includes a 3‑month Cookidoo® trial, giving you access to thousands of guided recipes, automatic software updates and personalised recipe organisation. A subscription is completely optional — the TM6 works perfectly without Cookidoo® using manual cooking modes. Cookidoo® simply offers added inspiration, convenience and access to a large library of guided recipes
Yes. You can return your TM6 by notifying us in writing within one of the following timeframes:
- Within 14 calendar days of placing your order, or
- Within 14 calendar days of receiving your TM6 (or the final item if your order included multiple products).
This means you are fully entitled to a 14‑day right to cancel.
