Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major debit and credit cards, apart from American Express.

Alternative Payment Methods

If you would like to pay using an alternative method such as cheque or BACS, please contact us at info@vorwerk.co.uk for further instructions where available.

Payment at Checkout

During checkout, we will ask you to provide your payment details. Payment for products and any applicable delivery charges is required in advance.

Card Authorisation

By entering your payment details, you confirm that the card is yours or, if acting on behalf of a business, that you are authorised to use it. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been accepted and confirmed by email, your payment obligations will be governed by these Terms and Conditions and those of our payment provider.

Payment Security

Our online payment partners are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Please refer to their terms for further information.

Late Payment

If any payment due is not made by the due date, we may charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 3% per year above the base rate of Barclays Bank (or its successor). Interest accrues daily from the due date until payment is received, whether before or after judgment.
