Solution: Check that the charger is connected to the charging station and the Handheld Vacuum Cleaner and that the plug is working (the function display on the handle pulsates and shows that the Handheld Vacuum Cleaner is being charged).
Reason: The contact points on the device and/or on the charger may be contaminated.
Solution: Clean the contact points using a dry cloth.
Reason: The Handheld Vacuum Cleaner may have been switched on while connected to the charger.
Solution: Make sure that the Handheld Vacuum Cleaner is switched off while charging.
Reason: The filter unit has been twisted.
Solution: Rotate the filter unit so that the large hollow on the filter unit is positioned on the side with the release button.
Reason: The dust chamber has not been properly connected to the device.
Solution: Position the dust chamber correctly on the Handheld Vacuum Cleaner.
Reason: The filter unit has not been inserted into the dust chamber correctly.
Solution: Ensure that the filter unit is inserted correctly into the dust chamber.
Reason: The nozzle is blocked.
Solution: Switch off the Handheld Vacuum Cleaner and clear the nozzle.
